Shows aromas of dried flowers and plum skin. Medium-bodied, with rose petal and berry notes and slightly dusty, chewy tannins. A little austere, but with some interesting fruit character. Best after 2011. 6,665 cases made. -JS

Supple and succulent but a bit dusty too. Very dry on the end but respectable and gentle as opposed to tarted up. Some lift and elegance – good balance.

Elegant while being rich, this is a ripe but structured wine. It shows great berry fruits, firm and dry tannins, all coming together in a tight, complex texture.
