The 2007 Rosso Conero San Lorenzo (Montepulciano) is a sleek, layered red graced with lovely delineation in its aromas and flavors. Juicy red berries, flowers and spices come together in a fairly rich style of Montepulciano. This could use a little more varietal and regional character, but it is undoubtedly well-made.
