Tasted at the Cru Bourgeois annual tasting, the 2015 Lacour Jacquet has a tightly wound, rather backward nose, although there seems to be plenty of broody dark fruit locked in there (somewhere). The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, fresh in the mouth but missing a little delineation and personality on the finish. Not bad but it could have been better. Tasted September 2017.
