The white range opens with the 2013 Gaba do Sil, a pure Godello from granite soils in steep slopes that is fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. It has a bright yellow color, clean with a greenish tint and with a fruit-driven nose with aromas of apples and some herbal notes (bay leaf) that is quite intense. The light to medium-bodied palate is austere with mineral and powdery sensations along with good acidity. This is a textbook, un-oaked white Valdeorras. 80,000 bottles.
