The wine they consider to show the house style is the 2010 Initio, a blend of old-vine Garnacha from different old vineyards at high altitude (890 meters) fermented separately in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. It aged in 500-liter French oak barrels for ten to 16 months depending on the plot and then was blended together and kept for a further ten months. It has developed notes with sous bois, lactic notes, spices and brick dust. The palate is polished, with resolved tannins and lively acidity. Drink up. 32,000 bottles produced.
