Pierre-Yves Colin now farms—though he doesn't own—close to one hectare here, and the 2017 Pernand-Vergelesses Les Belles Filles is a success, offering up a pretty bouquet of lime zest, white citrus and blanched almonds. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, elegantly glossy and succulent, with a fleshy core and racy acids.
