The finish is long with lingering stone fruit and nut flavors. 85% of the 2010 Pinot Gris was fermented in stainless steel tanks and the balance in seasoned French barrels and aged for 6 months before blending. It offers aromas of ripe pears and warm apple slices with faint hints of peaches and fennel seed.
