(for 375 ml.) Pale yellow-gold. Deeply pitched, very sweet, nobly rotten aromas of apricot, honeycomb and earth. Glyceral and supersweet; opulent and quite powerful, but with no shortage of lift. With its great honeyed sweetness and tactile finish, this may be more typical of SGN today, but the '07 is nobler. I underrated this wine two years ago when I scored it 93 points.
