The estate’s 2003 Barolo Dardi/LeRose is sweet and expansive on the palate, with sweet ripe plum, spice and menthol nuances that emerge with notable elegance and lovely balance for the vintage. This medium to full-bodied Barolo will be at its finest in another few years once the tannins have softened a little. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2018.
