Ruby-red. Explosively perfumed nose offers a complex bouquet of fresh and dried red berries, lavender, oak spices, incense and smoked meat. Deep, sweet and nicely delineated raspberry and cherry preserve flavors are firmed by supple tannins and gain a riper, darker fruit character with air. Suave graphite and mocha qualities linger on the long, chewy finish. Big and powerful but balanced, with noteworthy depth and cling.
