The 2011 Macabeu-Chardonnay is a blend of 80% Macabeu and 20% Chardonnay from young vines raised in stainless steel. It has a light grassy bouquet with a touch of bitter lemon, while the palate is nicely balanced and understated, with subtle peachy tones towards the citric, grassy finish.
