The 2003 Gran Claustro is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 15% Garnacha, and 15% Carinena aged for 15 months in new French oak. Deep crimson-colored, it has an excellent perfume of pain grille, graphite, and assorted black fruits.
