Pale ruby, the 2021 Pinot Noir Cerise Vineyard has savory aromas of cranberry sauce, crushed cherries, tobacco and Earl Grey tea leaves, plus wafts of botanicals that unfurl as it spends time in the glass. The palate is full-bodied and powerful, its layered fruits supported by loads of chalky tannins and refreshing acidity, and it has a long, spicy finish. Recently bottled, it will have more to give in another year or two. 414 cases were made.
