A blend of 45% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc, the wine has a dense purple color, plenty of lead pencil shavings, black currants, and black olive tapenade in an intense, very textured and lush style. Full-bodied and impressively endowed, it should be drunk over the next decade.
