The purple-colored 2006 Amelia is a single barrel cuvee made from a special parcel of 100-year-old vines. It spent 18 months in its new Darnajou barrique. It exhibits an enticing perfume of cigar box, lavender, truffle, blackberry, and blueberry. Layered, complex, rich, and immensely promising, this beautifully balanced wine will evolve for 6-8 years and offer prime drinking from 2016 to 2031.
Dominio de Pingus is the estate of legendary vigneron Peter Sisseck. All three wines are produced from biodynamically farmed Tempranillo grapes.
