Deep garnet-purple-colored, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon displays pronounced notes of ripe black currant, crushed blackberries and menthol with hints of chocolate and cloves. Medium to full-bodied with a very good concentration of expressive blackberry and clove flavors, the flesh is well supported by crisp acid and a medium level of grainy tannins, finishing long.
