The 100% Sangiovese 1995 Torrione is a powerful, tannic effort in need of 2-4 years of bottle age. It may merit an outstanding score when fully mature. The wine's dark ruby/purple color is followed by aromas of spicy new oak, strawberry jam, licorice, and black cherries.
