A blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Malbec, the 2011 Siaurac possesses a deep plum/purple color as well as notes of charcoal, blueberries and white chocolate, a fleshy entry on the palate, medium body, adequate acidity and sweet tannin. It should drink nicely for 7-8 years.
