Pure Syrah from Pepper Bridge and Seven Hills vineyard fruit, this is a crisp, clearly defined, true-to-variety style, showing dense, tannic, peppery and smoky fruit flavors. Lovely details (lavender, smoked meat, mole) emerge as the wine breathes in the glass.
