Opening to a lean and elegant appearance, the 2014 Brunello di Montalcino is a tight and graceful expression of Brunello. The wine shows mild aromas and mild overall intensity with a medium to short finish. However, you are treated to a pretty succession of red berry aromas, with dried rose hip, spice and camphor ash. Some 15,000 bottles were produced. This estate is owned by the folks of Dievole in the nearby Chianti Classico appellation of Tuscany.
