The 2004 Petite Sirah Royal Punishers exhibits similar concentration and aromatics, with perhaps more black fruits and less mineral and chocolate characteristics than the Thomann Station. Dense, full-bodied, and beautifully concentrated with low acidity as well as high, but ripe tannin, this monstrously-styled red will become increasingly civilized with aging, and should last for two decades.
