There are 50 cases of the 2007 Pinot Noir Carlton Hill Vineyard. It displays even more spice. Rounder, richer, and a bit more complex, this well-balanced Pinot can be enjoyed through 2017. The name refers to the fact that the wine was both fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels. Made with Dijon clones from two different vineyards, it’s fruit-driven, nicely flavored, offering melon, apple and white peach in equal proportion.
