This property is on the rebound since the owners took over the winemaking. A blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, the property is situated between Trotanoy and Latour a Pomerol. The dark ruby-colored 2002 offers a big nose of mocha, sweet cherry jam, charcoal, and new oak aromas. This soft, ripe, medium-bodied Pomerol is best consumed over the next 7-8 years.

Some berry and cherry character, with hints of tobacco. Medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a medium finish. Score range: 85-88 -JS
