From several parcels to the south of the village, amounting to some two hectares in total, the 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Terres Blanches offers up aromas of cassis, berries, petals and orange rind, framed by toasty new oak. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and easygoing, it's open-knit and charming, with melting tannins and succulent acids.
