The 2015 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, a minuscule parcel of 0.10-hectare, has a lively and complex bouquet with citrus fruit, dried apricot and fresh Satsuma all very well defined. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, quite linear for a Corton-Charlemagne with hints of tinned peach and fruit salad on the poised and quite sustained finish. This shows class and sophistication.
