The red wines begin with the 2010 Sa-Ra-Da, a blend of 70% Garnacha Tintorera, 20% Monastrell, and 10% Petit Verdot fermented with native yeasts and aged in tank sur lie for 6 months. It offers up a big mouthful of ripe fruit, spicy flavors, good grip, and a lengthy finish. Drink this tasty offering over the next 3-4 years. Each of the Agricola Aguaza wines delivers solid value. The 2009 So-RA-do is a blend of Garnacha Tintorera, Monastrell, and Petit Verdot. It was naturally fermented in tank where it remained on its lees for 6 months. Purple-colored, it reveals enticing aromas of Asian spices, incense, underbrush, blackberry, and blueberry. Substantial on the palate, it has excellent volume and some well-concealed tannin.
