The 2000 Merlot MCM, from very old vines, is quite Bordeaux-like in its weight and style, featuring round and supple plum and cherry fruit, sweet herbs, and good depth to accompany the smoothness. Drink: 2004-2012.

The 2000 Merlot MM reveals an earthy, herbal nose followed by pretty notes of tobacco, coffee beans and sweet dark fruit. Already soft and accessible, it is a wine to enjoy over the next few years.
