The 2007 Viognier is imbued with good definition and vigour on the nose with apricot, white peach and minerals. Still quite tight, it deserves short decanting to allow it time to open. The palate is well-balanced and defined with good acidity, very natural with a reserved finish of white peach, almond and apricot. Good focus, very well crafted, this is a fine Viognier to drink over 2-3 years. Drink 2008-2010. Tasted March 2008.
