Produced from 100% botrytised Semillon, the 2012 Noble Selection gives a pale gold color and intensely scented nose of lemon and orange marmalade, apricot preserves and honeycomb with a hint of musk perfume. Full bodied, rich and unctuous in the mouth, it has layer upon layer of complex flavors and enough acid to lend lift through the very long finish. Drink it now to 2018+.
