This 2023 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is aromatically delicate but with brilliant concentration in the mouth. This is really good. You get spooling snow pea, green apple, brine, a hint of caper brine and orange blossom, tobacco leaf and juniper berry. This is a really great wine here; it's intense without stooping to pungent and all-around pleasurable. Yes! This was tasted blind as part of the "Value for Money" tasting in September 2023.
