The nose on the 2012 Northburn Riesling is a bit reticent compared to the other sub-regional Rieslings from this winery and vintage yet it reveals subtle hints of lemongrass, lime cordial and lemon pastilles with hints of wet slate and fragrant herbs. Medium (Kabinett) in style, it has a light bodied and effortless beauty on the palate with plenty of freshness through a long, citrus finish. Consider drinking it 2014 to 2019+. No known USA importer.
