With fun new label packaging, the unoaked 2021 Sicilia Insolia (a certified organic wine) reveals a light golden hue with greenish highlights. The wine is redolent of citrus, pomelo fruit and white almond. This is a fun wine to drink, especially at aperitivo hour. Production is 38,000 bottles.

The easygoing 2017 Sicilia Insolia shows tight and clean aromas of citrus, white peach and bitter almond. You could pair this wine with Thai spring rolls or fried vegetarian Indian appetizers with cardamom, cumin and other exotic spices. This is a crisp and fresh white wine that leaves the palate ready for the next refreshing sip.
