Simple and bright, the 2012 Soave Classico would wash down nicely with fragrant foods from Southeast Asia. A polished mineral note makes for a fitting backbone to honey, white flower, nectarine and cantaloupe melon. This particular Soave shows good structure on the mid-palate. Drink 2013-2015.
