The 2010 Pinot Noir has a pale ruby-purple color and aromas of red cherries, cranberries and a faint floral lift with just a touch of dried herbs. Medium-bodied with a crisp acid backbone and low levels of silky tannins, it finishes long. Drink it now through 2015. Bishop’s Head does not currently have a USA importer.

The 2009 Pinot Noir offers a good intensity of ripe black cherry and warm raspberry aromas with underlying notes of black pepper, tar and damp loam plus a touch of cinnamon. Medium to full bodied, it has a good backbone of high acid and medium level finely grained tannins plus plenty of berry and earth flavors lingering long into the finish. Drink this one now to 2016. No known USA importer.
