The 2008 Nolados is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Tempranillo with each aged and vinified separately. The components spend 1 year in barrel before being blended. Asian spices, incense, black cherry, and blackberry aromas inform the nose of this smooth-textured, spicy, nicely proportioned offering. The 2006 Nolados is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Tempranillo with each aged and vinified separately. The components spend 1 year in barrel before being blended. Dark ruby-colored, the nose proffers plenty of spice (clove and cinnamon), red currant, and black cherry.
