A little burnt and rubbery on the nose, but with enough lemon and apple to balance things out. The palate is fleshy and soft, with banana and lemon as the lead flavors. Shows a bit of pithy bitterness late, but overall it’s good if you like sweet, warm Chardonnays. ——M.S.(7/1/2010)—— 84

Smells like apple blossom and saline solution, and the wet, fresh palate tastes of pineapple and mango. It’s a modest Chard in every way, with medium concentration and nectarine and pickle on the finish.——M.S.(8/1/2009)—— 84

For a basic Chardonnay this is fairly oaky and with that comes ample levels of butter, caramel and candle wax. The palate is a bit sweet and candied, with baked apple and pear leading the flavor profile. Shows a little bit of sweat and funk the longer it stays exposed to air.
