The 2011 Tempranillo Elaboracion Especial shows a darker cherry color and also darker fruits in the nose, black cherries and some smoky and spicy notes from the upbringing in barrel. The medium-bodied palate has some pungent flavors and a herbaceous note with perfectly polished tannins and a bitter finish. A clean, modern Tempranillo. Drink 2014-2015.
