Vardejo can be big business, and there are some 552,000 bottles of the 2017 Varietal Verdejo from José Pariente. It's a young and unoaked white kept with the lees for some five months. It was bottled in April 2017.

The 2014 Verdejo Jose Pariente has a discrete nose and a straight palate, with good acidity and shy flavors. It is refreshing, light and easy to drink. 450,000 bottles produced.

The 2013 Verdejo is still suffering from the bottling, with notes of sulfur at the forefront, under which you find good fruit, mainly in the palate with flavors of apples and a touch of spices, with cleaner flavors, good concentration and acidity.
