A bit rubbery and earthy at first but with time it develops, yielding syrupy berry aromas, woodsy oak notes and dried cheese. The palate feel is deep, lush and silky smooth, while it tastes of ripe berry, coconut and vanilla. Rich, earthy and appealing Bierzo, with blackberry aromas and a touch of fine herbs. The palate is puffed up and beefy, with creamy black fruit flavors and accents of prune and smoked meat.
