Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2008 Blockers Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of dried plums, creme de cassis, espresso, loam and cedar. Big, very full bodied and savory in mouth, the crisp acid offers a good amount of lift and it’s nicely textured with medium-firm grainy tannins, finishing long. Drinking now, it should keep to 2017+.
