Aged 12 months in oak, the 2011 Recioto della Valpolicella Tesauro is not incredibly intense but this sweet red wine does dole out measured spice, dried fruit, tobacco and leather. The mouthfeel is similarly mild and easygoing. Drink 2013-2017. Founded in 1958, Cantina Valpantena is a cooperative winery with 300 members who farm 600 hectares of vineyard.
