The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc has a lively, racy bouquet with fresh green apple, crisp lime and just a dash of peach. The palate is well balanced with a slight grassiness on the entry. This is very well balanced with a lovely, intense nettle and gooseberry finish. Excellent.
