Casale del Giglio has always shown a fondness for unique indigenous and international grapes, and their portfolio of wines reflects these interesting choices. The 2017 Bellone Anthium brings us to a characteristic Lazio taste profile with easy aromas or orchard fruit, crushed pine nut and dry garden herbs such as oregano and basil. This wine sees some brief skin maceration time in order to favor aromatic intensity. Some 15,000 bottles were made.
