The dark ruby-colored 2007 Monastrell was aged in seasoned French oak for 18 months. It displays a bouquet of pencil lead, underbrush, blueberry, and blackberry liqueur. Structured in the style of the vintage but well balanced by plenty of succulent fruit, it will evolve for 2-3 years and offer prime drinking from 2012 to 2022.
