The Cascina Adelaide 2018 Barolo Preda brings the intensity level up a notch both in terms of bouquet and mouthfeel. The wine boats a medium dark color with a full display of black and purple fruits, licorice, spice and pressed roses. All that Nebbiolo intensity nicely fills the inside of your glass. To the palate, the wine is evenly consistent and feels quite lengthy in terms of finish. This wine has been made as long as Cascina Adelaide has existed, and today 5,000 bottles are released.
