The Celler La Bollidora portfolio includes one white wine, the 2006 Flor de Garnatxa. It is 100% Garnatxa Blanca fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak for 8 months on its lees. Light gold-colored, the wine has a slightly oxidized character along with aromas of toast, passion fruit, musk melon, and tropical nuances. Ripe, balanced, complex, and unique, this richly-fruited wine will pair well with intensely sauced fish courses. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
