The 2015 Hito fermented with yeasts selected from their own vineyards with a 12-day maceration. It matured in French oak barrels for eight months. It has a sweet, fruit-driven nose of red berries and a lactic touch, developing some spicy and creamy notes with time in the glass. It has a nice, approachable, commercial profile, and feels polished and balanced. 100,000 bottles produced.
