Nathalie and Cerard Cuisset belong to that group of "musketeers" who shook up the sluggish Bergerac region and showed the world its capacity for greatness. Modeling themselves on Luc de Conti, they adopted growing and winemaking methods that made the reputation of the great neighbor-ing Bordeaux wines: grapes picked at opti-mum ripeness, aging in oood-qualltv barrels, plus rigorous parcel selection.
