Made from 60% Cinsault, 30% Mourvedre, 5% Grenache Blanc and 5% Roussanne, the 2013 Costieres de Nimes Compostelle Rose is a gorgeous, food-styled rosé that offers loads of ripe cherries, wild strawberry and orange blossom in its medium-bodied, textured and layered style. There's solid richness here, yet it also stays beautifully fresh and lively. It will be best paired with food, and will drink nicely for a year or so.
