Made from 75% Syrah, 15% Carignan and the rest Grenache, the 2013 Costières de N?mes Capitelles has solid density and concentration to go with ripe, chocolate-laced notes of dark fruits, pepper and background meatiness. Ripe, medium to full-bodied, layered and expansive, with low acidity and sweet tannin, it’s the most concentrated in the lineup and will drink well for 4-5 years.
